There are four important ways your donation will help the most vulnerable members of the coffee community, whether it's smallholder farmers in Uganda or unskilled hospitality workers in Australia:

‍

  • Farmer livelihoods & economic resilience
You'll support projects that improve incomes, working conditions, and long-term sustainability for smallholder farmers and their communities.
  • Climate action & environmental regeneration
You'll be instrumental in initiatives that promote climate resilience, reforestation, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable land management in coffee regions.
  • Worker wellbeing & social equity
You will help projects that protect workers' rights, reduce exploitation and child labour, and improve health, safety, and welfare across the supply chain.
  • Community development
You will help projects that strengthen access to education, food security, gender equity, and local infrastructure in coffee communities.

Without your support, the coffee industry will continue to exploit vulnerable people and our environment. Together, we will support projects that have a genuine and ongoing impact.

Many of our life-changing programs operate entirely and exclusively through the generous support of donors.

Your donation ensures these projects not only continue to operate, but can also be extended to more vulnerable or at-risk youth, farmers facing exploitation and environments impacted by climate change.

The Cup That Counts is a not-for-profit organisation. Together with our passionate business and personal supporters, we support projects that invest in the most vulnerable members of this community, whether it's smallholder farmers in Uganda or unskilled hospitality workers in Australia.

Like you, we believe both producers and consumers benefit from a fairer and more transparent supply chain, acknowledging the human involvement in every cup of coffee.
