The Cup That Counts Ltd is a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee, run by a volunteer board.
Our constitution and ACNC listing are linked from our About page. On this page, “we”, “us” and “TCTC” mean The Cup That Counts Ltd.
We only collect what we need to answer you, process your donation and, if you ask us to, keep you updated. We never sell or rent your information.
We use a small number of services to run the website, our email updates and donations:
These services may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will take you off the list.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our website host may use cookies the site needs to work. Services built into our pages, such as the donation form, may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires. No website or online service can be completely secure.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@thecupthatcounts.org. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, see Feedback and complaints below. You may also be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible in Australia. GiveNow processes every donation securely and emails your tax receipt.
We use every donation to further our charitable purposes, as set out in our constitution. We may direct your donation to wherever it is needed most, which may be a different project from the one that prompted you to give.
You can change or cancel a monthly donation at any time by emailing hello@thecupthatcounts.org. We will stop it as soon as practical, usually before your next payment.
Donations are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you think a payment was made in error, such as a duplicate charge, email us and we will look into it.
By using this website, you agree to these terms.
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
We want to hear when we get something wrong. Email hello@thecupthatcounts.org with what happened and how you would like it resolved.
Email hello@thecupthatcounts.org for anything on this page.
